A Cold Wind is Blowing
Supernatural Primer to Port Huron
Despite being at best, a middling city in a fairly sparsely populated region, Port Huron has an uncharacteristically large Sin-Eater population. The most popular explanation is that spirits do not rest easily around lake michigan, which is somewhat backed up by the local werewolf tribes also being very active dealing with the more animistic variety of spirit. Spirits of both kinds also tend to attract Mages, much to the annoyance of both local Krewes and packs, as they tend to make things worse in their hunt for power.
Vampires arent entirely unknown in Port Huron, but tend to prefer better hunting grounds with more prey, such as detroit, an hour away. For this reason, Detroit is also a bustling hub for hunters in the northern Midwest.
